Help is just a phone call away!  Whenever a parent or caregiver feels like the stress of child rearing is at its limit, they can call The Family Tree's Family StressLine, a free 24-hour crisis and referral hotline dedicated to serving anyone struggling with the ongoing stress of parenting.  Whether the issue is about how to discipline, manage an adolescent, deal with a child's poor school performance, or any other stress related to parenting, the StressLine is available to all Marylanders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 1 (800) 243-7337. 

When calling this confidential hotline, a professionally trained, non-judgmental and caring volunteer will be there to help. Together, parents and caregivers can talk through concerns and come up with solutions to help callers be the best parents possible.
