Watch your child’s eating habits. Obesity in children is becoming an epidemic in America. Parents can do the most good when it comes to their children’s eating habits because they purchase all of the food for the household. Make good decisions and set an example for your child by discouraging sugary snacks and buying healthy alternatives. Balance nutrition with other life style choices, like exercise.
