Home Visitation

Home visitors work to develop a trusting relationship with families and support parents in overcoming the many challenges in daily life. Their services include parent education and parent–child relationship building as well as referrals to help with housing, financial wellbeing, substance abuse, and mental health.


Parent Assistance in the Home (PATH)

The Family Tree’s Parent Assistance Program offers FREE voluntary home visitation.  It supports parents in their efforts to care for their family living in zip codes 21211, 21215, 21216, 21217, or 21218.

Mother’s Hope

The Family Tree in collaboration with Baltimore Medical System and other health care providers offers an early intervention home visiting service to pregnant moms in southwest Baltimore City (21228 and 21229) - Mother's Hope.  It offers free support services to pregnant women that include pre-natal and peri-natal medical care, parenting education, skill building resources and connections to community based programs.
